"I purchased a resale home that was still under the one-year builder warranty. The cabinets were one of the items that was included in the the one-year builder inspection. Upon the inspection by the Better Kitchen & Bath representative, I pointed out a few issues that I had noticed with the cabinets. From the representative who did the inspection, to the warranty department manager, David, to the owner, Roger, (who contacted me directly when I emailed about the process to repair the issues and came out to the house personally to look at the cabinets and spent over an hour discussing the issues and how BK&B would be rectifying the problems) to all of the technicians who did the repairs/replacements, I have nothing but the best things to say about their attention to detail, their commitment to making all of the repairs and making sure that I trusted those repairs. In addition, all of the people that I worked with at BK&B were professional, courteous and helpful from start to finish. In my opinion, the he true worth of a company can be seen in how they fix any issues and their customer service during the process. Better Kitchens & Bath stood behind their product and installation commitments and made sure that all of the repairs were properly completed and that I was confident and satisfied throughout the process. I highly recommend Better Kitchens & Baths!"

"I purposely waited to post this review...…If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. Not the entire establishment Better Kitchen & Bath ("BKB") but the sale rep., Mark. I was in the beginning stages of a kitchen renovation and hoping to view the showroom for cabinet ideas. My husband found this place by driving by. Like most consumers these days, I looked at the customer reviews for BKB and was delighted to make contact to see if they were a good fit however they were not. I called and was transferred to Mark, where we scheduled a same-day appointment for 4pm on July 18, 2022 and arrived on time. I brought along a 3D model of my kitchen with dimensions, my husband and 1yr old. Mark allowed us in and from there he seemed a little disconnected and uninterested. Maybe my voice didn't match the face he envisioned but I digress. He asked where our home was located and I told him the area. I saw an exhibit I liked and he redirected us to another 'more affordable' exhibit as though he was aware of our budget [which we had not disclosed nor did he ask]. As I continued to walk around and look at other cabinet styles in the showroom, he continued to say "keep in mind the value of your home." He had NO idea how much our home was valued at nor did he have the street address to check. This is minimalistic, passive aggressive and rude comment was made at least 2-3 times so I purposely looked at more than one cabinet exhibit to see if he would continue to say it AND he did. My husband heard him as well but as he was tending to our son [who Mark glared at multiple times for opening cabinet doors] he let it slide but gave me 'the look'. At the conclusion of the appointment, we told Mark which style cabinet we were interested in. He noted he would pass along the information and follow up with a quote. Until this very day (almost 3 months later), we haven't heard anything from him; not an email or phone call. To be quite frank, even if he would've returned with a quote, we would not give this BKB a dime of our money. I have nothing against Better Kitchen & Bath ("BKB") as a whole I'm sure they have great workmanship however Mark was not. I hope someone reviews this and opts to put Mark through coaching on his 'unconscious bias' because it definitely came out as a conscious bias during my appointment. I kept his card so I could correctly reference him in this review."

"The design/selections phase of building a house is frustrating, but Jenn at Better Kitchens and Baths made cabinet selection an enjoyable, educational experience. Jenn flexed to meet our schedule, provided a very detailed explanation of our options and answered all our questions. BK&B is outstanding."

We actually had a problem with the corner angled cabinets and were dissatisfied with the manufacture’s product, so Better Kitchens made new fronts and corners so we were 100% satisfied at no additional cost.
