"Terrible service on our first order! Placed an order for supplies for my business. Used the local delivery option (great delivery price). This is what happened: - Order placed - Received email the next day stating one of our items had to be cancelled because it couldn't be delivered with their delivery partners. Email stated I could contact them to arrange a replacement item. - Emailed their customer service department to ask if we could exchange the item that couldn't be shipped with something else. - No response to email. - Order arrived with a second item missing from the order. The two items that weren't shipped were the two items we needed the most. It seems an email or a phone call would have been the professional thing to do instead of just leaving things out of the order and shipping it. So, how do I get the other two items? Will you respond to my email? Will I ever be able to have reliable service from your company? Or should I just move on?"

"R&R has always been a pleasure to work with. They're quick to deliver any item I order and very seldom do they have out of stock items. However when they do, I usually receive them within 2 to 3 days. Eddie Martinez has always kept me up to date with all promotions and has answered every question I might have. He's a real asset to their company. It's nice to know that I can order today before four and have my order the next day. It makes it easier to order when I know I can get it this quickly."
