My boyfriend and I are currently furniture hunting for our first home (so exciting!) and we have been to several different stores. As a young couple, some furniture stores completely ignored our presence as we walked around, which really sucked. "I have been in contact with Kathryn, the owner, about painting a commission piece for me. She said bring it by the shop to discuss. Called today to confirm she was available and was told she would be until 3 pm. Went in around 2 with the piece and cashier told me Kathryn was too busy to speak to me, and to make an appointment to come back another day. I told her that wasn't acceptable, that I had driven across town to drop off the shelf and pick colors, and had also called ahead to confirm Kathryn was available. The cashier didn't care and when I told her I wouldn't be back and would post a review about how dissatisfied I was, she thanked me. I've bought an Armoire, a table, and a headboard from Kathryn. She just lost a client. Horrible customer service."
