"We ordered a chair beginning in November. When it came in it was a piece of junk , Kayla, help us out and we ended up picking out another recliner and added a loveseat recliner. Sam was helping us and my husband picked a warehouse overstock on the floor that he liked. Today Zee called me saying The power recliner we ordered was in. We did not order a power recliner! We were charged for a power recliner. And now they are refusing to make this right. We haven't even taken possession . So now we have to go into the store and show them the one that my husband picked out. As it was a third of the cost of the one they were trying to say that we purchased.be mindful when you're going in there that the salesman is a tentative on which chair you are actually purchasing. . The store is a scam. They are not wanting to make it right n. Zee the sales manager was telling my husband that's his story.When we asked for the corporate number Zee said we can't go above them."

"We went to La-Z-Boy to look at recliner chairs during their end-of-year sale. After finding one we liked we received an email from La-Z-Boy about a by invitation only sale which amounted to an additional 2% off. I know that doesn't sound like much but when you're looking at a $4000 chair that comes to $80, helps pay the tax. All that said the people we dealt with from beginning to end were super and couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. Thanks La-Z-Boy for a pleasant experience."

I can't wait to get them and we decided as we were walking out the door that when we decided to purchase a new couch, we were returning to Lazy Boy and Sam. Thank you Sam!!"

"Dean, our salesman, was great. He’s knowledgeable but not pushy. Their “in home design” program is awesome. Kayla came to our home, brought fabric samples, took measurements, and put together a “room” that’s exactly what we want. We just ordered everything, so it’ll be about 6 weeks before it’s delivered, but I’m anticipating the same “LaZBoy” quality I’ve always received."

"Very professional and helpful sale agents. Lindsey answered all our questions without pressuring us to buy. Definitely got what we wanted at a reasonable price. This is our second purchase of La-Z-Boy furniture and can’t beat the quality! Only reason I didn’t give them a 5star is delivery date. 2.5 weeks after purchase and we have company coming in for a few days. Would have been great to get furniture before they got here rather than after they leave."
