"Came too my house to diagnosis a problem with kitchen sink and could not find a problem was at my house for less than 15 MINUTE and charged me a service call of $150 dollars. I called them because they installed whole sink system when I remodeled my kitchen. It leaked before because it was not properly installed and they had to replace the bottom of my cabinet because of the water damage and they fixed the dripping pipe problem. I was told that it was no longer under warranty when I called this time but I was not told the cost of the service call. Yes I should have ask but I had no idea that I it would be that much. In my opinion this company is overpriced I recommend Drains R Us cheaper and great service. They do drains and plumbing as well."

"Tech arrived on time, had an asst/ trainee. Both very friendly and efficient. Cliff, the lead tech communicated well and explained efforts as the repair was done. Our tub faucet was very hard to extract; came out in pieces. Cliff did a great job and explained the bill details well. Excellent experience."

"Called them to help connect the pipe under the sink to a drain for a new vanity and Cliff was awesome he was super nice and knowledgeable. He even installed the faucet for us and got everything done in 30 minutes. The only thing I did not like is that I had no idea that it would be $150 for them to come out and that only includes the first 30 minutes. We were lucky that he got it done in 30 minutes because I have no idea how much it would have been past that. No where on the website did it list the pricing and the girl who I made the appointment through did not tell me that. I would have really appreciated knowing that up front because Cliff did an amazing job but Plumbcare is definitely out of our budget."

"PlumbCare came highly recommended. They did great and quick work. They replaced a exterior hose bib faucet for us. When we received the invoice, of course it included the service appointment charge. Then it included $85 for materials. Thinking an error had been made, we called the office. Kayla checked with Ken, and Ken said they should have charge more than $100 for materials - the hose bib and 18 inches of teflon tape which can be purchased at any plumbing supply for well under $40. Unfortunate experience. We need another repair yesterday and called Hickey Plumbing in Amherst - they were faster, more professional, and had no surprises on the invoice. UPDATE - I raised the review rating to 3 stars because Ken called me after I left the review. He shared that he typically would change $300-350 for this repair. Interestingly, we had the same repair done this past weekend at another house for just over $100. I appreciated the call."
