"Horrible customer service. Said first come first serve but never kept what they said. Waited for 3.5 hrs lost honest with them. Doesn’t handle vehicle as yours."

"Inspection Service Issue. The tech ran lug nuts on with the impact gun cross threading two studs. (see pic) Lug nuts should NEVER be installed in this manner. Since they were installed this way they were never even in contact with the wheel. Also, since the lugs were installed with the gun only and not set to spec they were installed at 120+ ft lbs instead of the factory spec of 85 ft lbs. In layman terms what all of this means is that if you get a flat on the side of the road, in this case, the car will have to be towed because the wheel(s) could not be removed with normal hand tools thus resulting in a very expensive repair. When I called to ask about getting the repair cost reimbursed I was asked "how I know it was them" that caused the issue. Well I know because they were the last ones to remove the wheels from the car and when that answer isn't good enough you are calling me a liar. I do not recommend this Jiffy Lube Follow up: After the response below I sent them my contact information again, they already had it. And again, nothing, no communication whatsoever. So, I stand by my review and would never trust them to touch one of my vehicles again."

"Everytime I visit this Jiffy Lube I feel like I am being scammed. My last visit I was charged pricing for an oil change as if my car were a large truck rather than a small Toyota Corolla, I actually called another jiffy lube to get clear on what a service should cost and was able to get my money back and pay the correct amount. Then, when I went a few days ago, my reciept reflected labor costs at a rate or $105/hour when the last time I was there, according to my receipt, labor costs were $35/hour. Even if that is a state/city wide labor cost, it seems absolutely insane for labor rates to increase that significantly. To repeat, I always feel like I am being scammed by this Jiffy Lube and don't usually have such awful experiences at other Jiffy Lubes."

"They were fast and they have nice people there. They gave us $15 discounts for oil change with coupons even my other online coupon didn't worked but the guy there who helped us is still gracious enough and give us discounts. They have a very good customer service."

"Fast n friendly. State Inspector on site. Definitely a little pricey but grab your coupons. Always try to upsell but pick and choose your services logically and with cost in mind. Coffee maker in the waiting room. Unable to do tires or washer fluid due to busted compressor."
