"Store would not honor the lifetime road hazard warranty that I’d bought and paid for. I bought the tire from a third party as they didn’t have them in stock. Had them delivered to the local MrTire store where they put them on and sold me the warranty. Took a screw in the sidewall that couldn’t be fixed. So had to buy a new one. Then they wouldn’t honor their warranty saying that I hadn’t bought the tires from them."

"Wow what a great team they have now, way better than the team that worked at this store last time I got serviced here. Dennis and his service manager or assistant took care of my flat repair no charge since I was sold road hazard warranty on tires I had installed turns out I was sold discontinued and charged for road hazard. "I really NEEDED a new tire, and had a time constraint to get it. The counter staff was courteous and efficient. One thing I really appreciated was they gave me the total price:tire, disposal, balancing, and taxes, before handing me me the final bill. Tires are expensive, and the “hidden” fees only make it worse. A pot of coffee would have been nice!"
