"I went to Progressive referred from Valley Health Image service because at that time they realized their machines where not that efficient anymore. The change was for the best. Since then I have been coming every year for my annual mammogram. I would not go back to the hospital service for this test. In Progressive they are friendly, courteous, and time efficient. I have never had a long wait, and if you are referred as an emergency they would do their best to accommodate to your need. They treat everyone the same way, and provide you with thick warm clothing before taking your test so you do not feel cold. Awesome place. Highly recommended!"

"I love this place. I've gotten 3 mammograms here and just scheduled my 4th. I have yet to have a bad experience and I've done early and late appointments. Always nice people, always on time, very considerate, and a very comfortable atmosphere. You receive a warmed robe to put on once you've removed your top, and I find the experience to not be uncomfortable at all. After my first one, I remember wondering why I've always heard so much complaint about mammograms and why women avoid their these all too often. It literally takes minutes to save a lifetime."

When I went in for the test I was given a warmed robe to put on...that was so great!! The technician was so very sweet, and let me say this is the first mammogram in all my years that it did not hurt. I look forward to next year's exam here without hesitation."

"It’s saying a lot that I rate any health provider in Winchester a 4 star provider and above. I have been meaning to review this provider for awhile actually. While my experience at Progressive Radiology hasn’t been a MIND-BLOWING 5 star rating, it’s definitely worthy of 4 to 4 1/2 stars. Winchester is NOT known for having high caliber health care providers both in customer service or quality of care. Progressive Radiology has achieved both and they are the only place I’ll go for health screenings as long as I live out here. I had an experience with them not quite two years ago when I was a high risk pregnancy (AMA) going into my ninth month and needed one last US to make sure my son was no longer in breech position. There was apparently a miscommunication between my midwife and Progressive Radiology and the US request never made it over to them. I was there and ready for the US. My work schedule was demanding and it was difficult to align my schedule with pretty much any health care provider. Plus, I was running out of time to make sure everything was ok with my son. I was a nervous wreck and a hormonal mess. I was visibly upset. I left to go out to my car and call my husband who tried to calm me down. While on the phone I got a call from Progressive Radiology. While I was talking with my husband they’d called and got the US request straightened out and said they’d see me that afternoon! I was elated and surprised that they’d gone the extra mile to try to fix the problem. As it turns out all the “Spinning Baby” exercises I’d done paid off and my son had turned around, head down, ready to rock on out! Perhaps the fact I looked like I was about ready to go into labor at any moment didn’t hurt my situation. In any case that showed they did actually care about my predicament. I’ve since been back for 2 mammograms and have had no complaints. The consistency of care here is definitely there and it shows. Thank you for rising above the rest of the subpar health care providers out here."

"I was referred to progressive radiology through my well trusted, long time family doctor. At first I was hesitant to take his advice because it was almost an hour drive just to have a simple procedure done but I trusted his expertise and drove down to Winchester anyway. I have to say not only was the staff extremely pleasant and welcoming but they knew exactly what my issue was before I even explained what my symptoms were. I’ve been to chiropractors, physical therapists, and other radiology centers before coming here and never have I had a true diagnosis until now. Even though this is an hour away I fully intend to make the drive for all future procedures or mammograms I may need.
