"The staff members here are super friendly and also work quickly. Whenever I come here for an appointment, I'm always in and out within a few minutes. Also, the atmosphere is a bit laid back, which I appreciate as someone with a lot of anxiety around needles. Every lab tech that's taken my blood here so far has made me feel very at ease. They have quick turnaround too; my doctor usually receives my results within a few days."

"I would not recommend getting blood work done at this location. Last week my wife had a scheduled appointment to have blood work completed. She received a confirmation email at 5:30 in the morning before her appointment. She arrives to find a note on the door stating closed for maintenance and gave a date when they would reopen. Her appointment was at 7:20am and at 7:34am she received a text stating they canceled her appointment and she would have to reschedule. She rescheduled for this morning and arrived to find a new sign with no date of reopening that states closed for maintenance. If they are going to be closed, they need to make it where people can’t schedule appointments. My wife said other people had scheduled appointments as well showing up. Definitely a poor way way to run a business."

"I looked on line before driving an hour to this establishment to have my blood work completed. As I’m checking in at the monitor that clearly states “walk in” and elderly grey and blackish hair women whom was an employeed. Stated that if I didn’t have an appointment that she couldn’t take me. It would have been helpful to list this on your page. Seems to be poor business, needless to say I WILL not be coming back to this establishment. Why advertise that you do walk ins? And don’t close till 4? If your employees are going to refuse care to a walk on?"

"I am not sure what the point is in making an appointment if I still need to sit and wait for 30 minutes while the workers are literally sitting around chatting the whole time. When I let them know that I checked in, they said they were with someone … there was one person back there who had came in AFTER I did. They are taking 30 minutes with one patient because they won’t stop talking. Do not recommend if you are in a hurry or mind sitting around for an hour. Why are employees of Quest sitting around talking when they have people waiting? Why are multiple Quest employees sitting there not doing anything but talking when they only have one patient that someone else is working on? Editing to add that I’ve never had a more painful experience and now I’m left with a large dark brown/red bubbled up spot where the blood was drawn."
