"Our washer broke on January 6 and we called the same day for a repair as the washer is under warranty. A technician was scheduled for the 10th to look at our washer. We were told it needed a new panel and they would order it and get it installed on the 20th. We then got a confirmation email the next day changing the repair date to today the 27th. We called numerous times and were told sorry we can't help it as that was the earliest date now. Well today we were told between 8-5 and guess what no repair yet again. We got a call at 2 saying sorry they don't have the authorization and can't get it because it's Saturday. They already got the authorization when the parts were ordered (the parts were delivered to us a week ago) plus why didn't you get whatever additional authorization needed in the weeks prior? We are now rescheduled yet again for the 5th of Feb!!! We spent hours today talking to India trying to get answers and got nothing but the run around. We were told the technician wasn't reponding to their dispatches so nothing they could do. I'm so glad we bought the extended warranty!!! Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I'm guessing the 5th they won't show up again and we'll be stuck sitting around wasting our lives with no answers yet again. Fyi....The extended warranty was sold by Lowe's so not worth the paper it's written on!!"
"I have been waiting for a month to have my appliance looked at! I keep having to cancel appointments and for what an appointment that is either a no show or they reschedule me mid day. I have had them say they where here and I didn’t answer but I have a ring doorbell and can confirm that to be false except for the first visit where he tapped on my door when there is clearly a sign on my door that says knock hard. Guess they can’t read, but I was sitting close when they “knocked” and didn’t hear them. Text says call number in voicemail but they have NEVER called and when I call all over creation trying to get them to come back out it’s automated hell!!! This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with! The attached pictures are the pics he sent saying he was here in the first one you can clearly see the sign that says knock hard and I don’t have a clue what that second one is"
"I received at least (5) text messages and (5) emails confirming my appointment, but not one single outreach on the day of my appointment, despite me trying to email, call and use their "chat" feature. They were a no-show, with zero effort at customer service. I rearranged my schedule to be home for this appointment. I, and any other person, would be grateful for better customer service than this. This doesn't even register as customer service. Please make this right, Sears Appliance Repair."
"The first technician that came out Blake never even touched. My machine told me. I need a new Raj charged me $430. I had to pay him up front so in the second. Technician come out to install them. He realized that this machine did not need shocks at all. He actually looked at the machine and ran diagnostics and realized. It was just a missing bolt which I found cleaning. So he installed it and the machine works fine. So essentially I am out $300. Due to the first technician blake misdiagnosing The problem so therefore I will never use sears again."
"They replaced the ice maker-it worked fine for a week. Fell off the screws- now it not only doesn’t make ice it’s a disaster. So disappointed and it took over a month to get service"
