"Instructor is welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable in traditional jujitsu. Class includes bokken (wooden sword) exercises, as well as joint-lock techniques taught in kneeling and standing positions. Class size is small so students receive more attention and instruction from the head instructor. Having trained in a few similar styles I can say that the techniques taught here are often more effective than what other traditional Jujitsu schools will teach you."
