"Great customer service the two employees Erika and Jasmin that were at work made my experience a blast from the time I stepped through the door they were nothing but helpful and entertaining. I even left and came back two or three hours later because of how welcoming they made the atmosphere. Highly recommend a promotion or some type of recognition because it’s not often you find workers who go above and beyond to make sure the customers are happy and entertained."

"Just tried to return a pair of shoes that i purchased online... Was told by an employee they've met their "return quota" for the day and that I couldn't return them. The guy goes on to say i can come back tomorrow or ship them back. Why would i do all of that if I'm here in the store now with the proper paperwork and the unworn shoes. He then says oh we don't carry this shoe anyway but you can exchange them for something else. If I can exchange a shoe that's not in your system how can i not return it for a complete refund. How would you know/find the value of the shoe to ensure i received the proper exchange credit? I wouldn't be getting cash back, it'd go on the card I paid with. To add insult to injury I called corporate only for them to say "it's at the store manager's discretion" but when i questioned the customer service rep about the "policy", all he could say is "it's at the store manager's discretion". Won't shop with this company any more, their selections are lacking anyway!"

"Going to have to agree with everyone about the horrible customer service. They have like 4 or 5 people on shift but none seem to be working. I thought I might have accidently stumbled into the Finish Line break lounge. The employee who I spoke to seemed bothered that she had to work and was trying to rush me. Won't be returning to this location."
