"I think a "Free" estimate is a free estimate, not a $90 for your gas to come look at my daughter's well problems. Then, to add another $310 to that price to tell her what was wrong with her well and more gas charges, it is not a free estimate. I believe if you say you are going to give a free estimate, then it should be free. Not sucker somebody into paying for your gas and then making them feel obligated to either pay $90 for gas or $400 for gas and to tell them what was wrong with their well. Either way, they were going to have to pay for that "free estimate".. Next time you tell someone you give free estimate, don't lie, just say $90 for your gas and more charges to tell you what was wrong that totals $400. She has been stuck in the hospital fighting for her life, her husband trying to deal with this for her, so her money is tight. By the way telling them it is either the wire or pump, when both have been already replaced is just a joke. You were called for a reason and paid but not guess-work! In respose to your reply bless your heart for your prayers but I did not throughout my daughter's physical well-being as an issue to make you look bad, just stating that she was in the hospital trying to get better from a surgery that made her very ill and having to deal with this issue was hard on her, so her husband was trying to handle it. Yes she was told a small gas fee of $90 to come out and give an estimate on what was wrong. The main problem was your company or technician charging another $310 for this $90 estimate that was advertised as free. This well was replaced and dug deeper and everything replaced 2-3years ago. Yes stuff with pressure switches and naked wires do happen but that all has been looked at, some things replaced a few times. I was saying it was a joke because of the price that was initially told on the phone then charged a few hundred bucks more. It's just not right. If it is going to cost $400 for your technician to come out and tell someone what is wrong, just say so, not say it's a free estimate with a gas charge of $90."

"The office called me to let me know the service rep was on his way and he arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was a very nice gentleman, professional, considerate and knowledgeable. It took him no time to figure out my problem and fix it. Thanks Will, you did an A+ job and I am very pleased."

"First a shout out to Corrina, Sheila, and Vicky in dispatch who were extremely polite , courteous and communicative it was much appreciated - thank you! As for the techs Shane, Tony & Justin who were on site- professional, courteous & polite . We cannot thank them enough for everything -They are definitely an asset to the company! The patience, guidance , communication & explanation of work needed or done in detail was exceptional!!! We questioned Tony & Shane out of curiosity when they arrived to complete the initial scheduled repair about other services the company offered because we had a few other repairs we were needing, they told us they did do those repairs we asked about ... We were thinking that we would need to call to schedule a date & time for those repairs , then maybe an hour after asking about other repairs -Tony let us know he had called the office & they were scheduled to be on site for initial repairs all day & were able to complete those repairs as well if we wanted to get those done as well !! Tony & Shane went above and beyond to complete everything without us having to schedule another service call!!! Excellent customer service !!!! We greatly appreciated everything done! We will definitely be calling if needed! Thanks again!!"

"Technician came, replaced a broken drain pipe, but misaligned the end that will feed into our new shower replacement. Called to have someone return. They sent their "more experienced plumber" out to do repairs. He apologized for the poor placement of the previous shower, but said I would have to have my carpenter come out to remove the sub-floor before they came back to re-repair the shower drain. Called again to ask for another solution. The receptionist spoke over top of me, with the bullying weight of the three technicians who have been out, saying I had agreed to have the sub-floor removed before they came out to repair the drain. (I did not agree to this. I told each of them they could cut through the sub-floor to better access the drain for repair, because I would eventually replace that section of sub-flooring. This should be no problem to prove, since she said we were on a recorded line.) She finally made note of my request to not have them return to fix the drain. (I made no such request. I asked that they cut through whatever they had to cut through to fix the drain. Again, should be no problem, since we were on that "recorded line.") $800+ bill. AND she said they would credit me for the $90 service call from today, which they told me yesterday would be free because the work was still under "warranty" (Reference that "recorded line." I do NOT recommend using Roto-Rooter/Charlottesville, VA.) Update: Received a full refund for the job."
