"They claim to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but I'd literally have to pay double to have it exchanged. The mattress was $160 (great deal), but to exchange it would be an additional $140 delivery/shipping fee with no option of self return. If it was clearly stated that you'd have to pay double to exchange an item with a guarantee, I would've never felt comfortable enough to order the mattress online. They got me with the fine print, don't let them get you the same way!"
