"Ryan was very nice and kind and took care of my needs. I would return again if he was my salesman. I do think you need to change your delivery policy to within 50 miles there is no charge. I live 2 minutes from you and the charge was $120. If it hadn’t been for my husband having a truck and Ryan being so nice I would have cancelled the order. Thank you"

"Stay away from this place! Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. False advertising, telling me I would get my item shipped and delivered… and received a floor model set (scratched, scuffed, broken). They try to push those sets without telling you. Even the shipping crew was extremely embarrassed for the management team that does this (apparently often). Unethical! I kept calm and called back explaining I would not accept the piece in those conditions.. they again lied and said I would have the brand new piece in 1 week. No apologies, nothing. Then, a whole month passed and not even one update. I had to go to the store to talk to the manager (Kenny) who had the audacity to admit they did give me floor piece but that “sometimes happens because they don’t have it in stock” you would think he would be honest and say this beforehand, or even try to offer people a deal for damaged pieces. He also denied me the contact number for they regional manager (Stacey). Overall very unethical business and poor customer service. I received my full refund and all of this was not worth it over cheap made furniture."
"Sales person Neal was great. Answered all our questions. Located our piece of furniture locally so we don’t have to wait 6 to 12 weeks to get it. The financing was easy and smooth except for adding $749 to the total for something we were not asked about and declined and would not have realized had we not asked why the total was so high. Overall a great experience and would buy from them again."
