"This company Delivers terrible furniture, their furniture customer experience is horrible. We just bought what looks like a beautiful wooden piece from rooms to go and all the pieces of the inside of the dresser is damaged and not well put together. It’s our second complaint and exchange, we have to be inconvenienced with no place to put our clothes with whatever time and date or how many weeks it takes for them to exchange it. It’s always on the weekend early in the morning. All drawers are messed up and a hazard for my 2 year old and 7 month old who is learning how to walk and touching things. The first one we received had actual razor blades slices going across the drawers, screws missing, metal mover of the drawers bent and crooked, drawers wouldn’t open. Terrible finishing of paint on the inside, unleveled pieces that made the drawer function, broken plastic sliders. Now the same issue with the second exchange."
