"Purchased a washer and dryer set brand new. Not even a month after installing it was stuck on easy cycle. Got it fixed, 6 months later it’s doing it again. When purchased said 5 year warranty. Apparently it’s not. So have a junk unit that doesn’t work and Badcock won’t do anything about it. Will never purchase anything from them again."

"Furniture shopping is not what I would consider a fun exercise. However, my wife and I enjoyed every minute of our shopping experience at Badcock. They have a very chill, no pressure approach, which compared to other stores, was very refreshing. They answered our questions knowledgeably and professionally, but there were no sales pitches or fake smiles. It was just real people, treating us like real people. DeVante was our salesperson, and he was great, but everyone there was as well. We paid for delivery and set-up, which was the same price as other stores, and they also were very professional. Ultimately, my wife got a couch, and I ended up getting a chair elsewhere, but honestly, I would have left them a great review even if we didn't buy anything. We'll be back for sure."
