"Was impressed with this office. I walked in with my dog at the appointment time, and was directed to a room. Technician was friendly and polite. Well versed in the needs of my pet. The Dr was thorough in her exam and genuine in her care for my dog. Made me feel at ease with my choice of a new Vet. And you check out right there in the exam room. Sweet!"

"We had to take our sweet Toby Bear on a Saturday due to a sudden turn in his health, and the entire staff were so kind to us. They allowed us to sit for quite a while as we had to decide one of the hardest decisions any pet parent ever has to make, and that is to let your furry child go. He was not in pain, and so after a lot of consideration, we took our Toby home to be with us as he transitioned from this life to the next. It was heartbreaking, but he was surrounded by his entire family, including his fur family when he passed. The staff gave Toby a beautiful blanket that they had wrapped him in to keep him warm during the visit, and graciously let us take it home. My daughter now cannot part with it, as he was her companion growing up. They called first thing Monday to check on him, and were honestly sad for us that he was gone. They allowed my daughter to keep that blanket. It means the world to her. Dr. Plourde was so compassionate and patient with us throughout the entire ordeal. She has a heart for animals, and it shows. I will not take our rescue's anywhere else now. Much thanks to the staff, who again, where so loving to us and to our Toby Bear."
