"The store is very well laid out and stocked. It works well to use the Publix app to shop with and check off items as you locate them. The staff is very helpful and willing to step in if you have issues finding any thing."

"Let me start by saying I LOVE this Publix. Our family drives 20+ minutes one way just to go to this location. That being said, I placed a cake order a week before the event for which I’d need it, via phone. The baker who took my order didn’t understand what I was asking for until the fifth time trying to clarify the details. A week later I try to pick up the cake and am told they have no record of my order and do not have a cake for me. After arguing that I made sure to call the Lake Wylie location they finally looked at the other order folders. Come to find out the order was misfiled. I wouldn’t necessarily mind the order was misfiled (because accidents happen) but the cake they last minute decorated looks horrible and was full price. I asked for a gender reveal cake that is pink and blue with pink and blue pumpkins. I was provided a plain white cake with a few inappropriate looking (nipple) clumps with a sticker for the full price. Now I am left with an overpriced cake that looks horrible - even though I placed the order a week in advance."

"Catered party - fried chicken, baked beans, Mac n cheese, potato salad, cookie platter w icing, pizza pinwheels, dip platter.. very reasonably priced and excellent food! Pickup took awhile and food was delayed so that process could be better but food was outstanding so would do it again and go mentally prepared for potential delay. Additionally, found out day of that they were out of a side we wanted but I’m still giving 5 stars due to food quality and price."
