"Every time I have come the prescription is not ready 2 hours from Dr appointment time when it was ordered. The prescription is never completed , I have had to return 3 times now because they didn’t have enough pills . Unfortunately my drug plan I can only use them so I am stuck. Don’t waste your time and money driving back and forth."

"Worst customer service experience we have ever had at the Lake Wylie Walgreens. Went in to pick up pictures and the guy at the Photo Center was very inconsiderate and disrespectful. Not only did he have an attitude, he had a lollipop in his mouth and was incredibly rude. Then I was told that they lost my pictures and blamed me saying I sent them to the wrong location. The manager came over and went over the guys work and found my pictures. Their management clearly needs to enforce some humility, accountability, and respectfulness if they are going to hire people for customer service areas. Incredibly disappointed and will not be using the Lake Wylie location anymore."
