"Loves the one in Altavista , owner was usually there. He’s cool. The one on Waterlick is subpar. Spent 40-50$ on 120ml of juice. No flavor at all, woman not helpful and had an attitude. I’ll just go someplace else, get flavor, help with no “I don’t wanna be here attitude”. Edit:Shut the place down. Do not go, save your money and go next door, to the other shop. Man in there is nice and happy to help."

"I frequently shop at this location and the shop they have in Altavista. The manager is awesome and I've never had a problem at either location until yesterday. From the moment I walked in the lady working seemed annoyed at my presence. They were out of my usual go to flavors so I turned to her for advice. I asked her twice to make sure she gave me the liquid with the correct nicotine content. The whole interaction seemed to inconvenience her as she was obviously in a hurry to get back to her cell phone. I live 40 minutes away from this location and didn't realize until after I filled my vape box up that not only was the flavor nowhere near what she said it was, but the nicotine content was 1.5mg instead of 6mg. Usually I would give this store 5 stars, but this experience was enough to make me no longer want to visit this location. *This review was written on my wife's account*"
