They gave me some special pillows to try but when that didn’t solve the problem they kindly swapped out our mattress for one better suited for my needs. Thank you gentlemen!"

"I visited the Mattress Warehouse in Charlottesville on January 1, 2024. My two kids and I were recovering from a fire from a neighbor’s townhouse that caused significant damage to our townhouse. Juan was working and I told him I looked online at their site along with a local competitor and saw that Mattress Warehouse’s prices were lower. I had a mattress in mind but tried a couple mattresses, discussed some physical challenges I had, and Juan suggested I try a different mattress in comparison. The other mattress was more expensive but Juan was able to lower the price and I purchased an adjustable base which he also lowered the price of. Juan was so kind, understanding, patient and honestly I still have a great deal of trauma from the fire and all of the aspects of what losing your home means, and he patiently listened. Juan never rushed me through the process, went over guidelines and my new mattress and adjustable base will be delivered tomorrow for free! This was an amazing experience after such a difficult Holiday Season! Thank you Juan!"
