"The Best Buy is well stocked and easy to get in an out of. My one complaint is that there's limited Pixel accessories, but that's a common thing everywhere."

"Not many good experiences here… Store is clearly NOT a “good” Best Buy. Limited array of each type of product. Worst experience there was when I tried to do a display screen swap through their car audio center recently. I showed up for my appointment just to be informed that they couldn’t do it… It was the same guy each time and he could have told me in person the first time that he couldn’t do it before I bothered coming back out again later. I've also gone there in the past to shop for items such as TVs, computers, cell phone cases, and routers... This store has a pitiful collection of anything useful-- outdated products and they don't even restock what they do have very well. This results in bare shelves half the time. They do (usually) greet you at the door, but it's strangely off-putting... Often without smiles, it almost seems like they're just there to remind you that they're the security at the front of the store. Rarely do they offer to help with anything-- same goes for when I'm walking around the store. On a positive note, their Geek Squad home theater installers are always very good. So I’ll give them 2 stars just for that (I want to give more, because those Geek Squad guys are really good). Otherwise I don’t go to this store for much, anymore. I miss really good Best Buy stores, like the one in Springfield, VA. I like supporting local businesses-- but when they're bad like this one, they're just bad. Sadly, I tend to shop online when I have to get things through Best Buy now or go somewhere else for what I need."

"Doing three stars here, because, while my last experience was good, and that I walked in knowing exactly what I needed, in the past, the TV department needed a lot of work when it came to properly, demonstrating the capabilities of all of their high-end TV sets. It was a couple three years ago that I ended up going to Crutchfield because Best Buy had over half their TVs turned off (not a good look when trying to move $3k+ for a single set) I will offer that it was nice being able to go to a local store to pick up the networking equipment. I was looking for, which is what my last, most recent trip was, instead of ordering from Amazon. And the TVs were all turned on that time."

"More smiles are needed. I love Best buy and I like interacting with some of the workers of Best buy but when I walk into that store I should be greeted with a smile, especially if I plan on spending over $300... But thank you. Best buy. I don't have to worry about my items being given to the wrong person because their security protocol is tight and I like that. Stay powerful. Stay blessed"

"Salespeople were very helpful and friendly. Went in with someone set in their ways, and the salesperson completely understood and was on top of things. The only weird part was that it wasn't busy, but still had to wait to be helped. Don't believe that it is the salespersons fault, probably a staffing issue. (Not enough staffing)"
