Showed up 3 hours later and 2 employees were working but neither had the ability to remove watch back. Asked if I could use their tool and take it off, I'd still pay but was told customers couldn't use the tools. Told to come back when a stronger employee would be working. Went back once at opening, once at lunch and the last time was dinnertime. 3 separate days and an employee that could open the watch was never there. I gave up and went to Nathan's.. Didn't see much merchandise out and it felt run down."
