"It’s not just this Walgreens … they are all understaffed, waiting longer to get prescriptions, waiting longer to get answers to calls or no customer service at all. If they can’t fill prescriptions effectively than close the doors and just mail order it. If you could somehow get Amazon to deliver your meds, at least have it to you the next day lol! Pathetic"

"This is the worst pharmacy I have ever gone to. I only went back to Walgreens because rite aid has gone bankrupt. I had to come back four times just to be told over and over that my prescription wasn't ready and it would be ready within 2 hours. I never received a phone call and so I went in person once more and got nothing but attitude from Ann Marie who avoided trying to help me for the longest time and even answered phone calls over helping a customer in person. They had old information and instead of allowing me to update my information she just complained out loud that this was going to be a bad day for her because I seemed to be inconveniencing her at her job. You guys should learn some customer service skills, I will never go back to a Walgreens again."

"The absolutely worse pharmacy ever, they are so understaffed. This is my 3rd day trying to pick up my prescription and here I sit in the drive through line. There is no reason why it should take 20 minutes per car at the window. It’s like they never have anything ready when it’s time to pick up. Get your prescriptions elsewhere because I definitely will."

"This Walgreens is still operating on a COVID schedule. They need to open back up to normal hours and fill in their pharmacy staff. They have the ability to be a good store, but with the very limiting open hours and the fact they are not able to handle the workload coming in. This place is going down in a bad way. I really do not blame the staff, as this is a leadership failing and that person needs to be removed and someone with actual experience put in place."

"My Rite Aid went out of business and transferred my medications to this Walgreens. I have been calling this location, every day, multiple times a day for two weeks now, as by the time I get off work, they are closed. There has been NO response whatsoever. The answering response always says the Pharmacy is assisting other customers and more than 3 people are ahead of me in the queue. I am now out of two crucial medications and reached out to another pharmacy nearby who told me I would have to contact my doctor's office to have the prescriptions sent to them directly, as it is taking them over a week to get communications from Walgreens. I understand the influx in prescriptions and customers due to the Rite Aid closures, but not answering calls for two weeks is just simply unacceptable for those of us who do not have the time to come in person."
