"walked in to store just to check on changes made to the Sleep Number Bed since a model we reviewed years ago was very noisy and had much cords, tubes etc. Sales representative we met wads very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and humble. He spent a lot ot time with us and answered all our questions. They were many! I recently reviewed consumer reports and rekindled my interest. We tried several beds and levels settling on the NFL model 8. My wife and I having back problems needed a bed that would meet our needs. Our purchase did so. Anxiously Waiting on bed to arrive"
