"I’m very frustrated with this business. I have called multiple times since I scheduled and had to cancel my appointment in July 2022 when my mother got terminally sick and then passed away. I got no refund or calls trying to help me reschedule. They took my money and I’m tired after having to deal with 7 plane tickets to my mother in Los Angeles and then trying to call them to reschedule an appointment. I hoped a spa would be understanding and compassionate and maybe schedule another date or refund me since I had my parents medical hospice and then funeral expenses. I am an overly patient and kind person and I know I have been taken advantage of by this business. I have left multiple messages for them asking to call me back to reschedule or refund me. It’s now November 2022. I’m still waiting."

"My experience at Utopia spa was above Expectations, The staff was great, The Manager Ashly is like no other when it comes to customer service. The services I received was relaxing and Therapeutic, I absolutely loved the vibe. I will most definitely be returning to utopia to receive more of the lavish, relaxing and beautiful experience"

"I dont know what or where to start. I have appointment right now March 16 at 12:15 and ive been waiting here outside for how many minutes now trying to wait and see if someone will open door. Because yes the spa is close and no body is answering the phone no response in the door bell but it said their open at 12 wed. The voicemail in their call is press one if i want to book appointment, press 2 if u need direction and press 3 to cancel ur appointment. I pressed 1 hoping to talk to someone because i dont know why no body is here when i have a groupon booked appointment for today.. Im just so upset because i drove all the way here early because it hard to find parking then i will not see anybody.. I left a voicemail too hoping i will get a return call. Let me wait 10 mins more then i will leave.. ive been waiting now for 30mins. I dont know where did i do wrong but im hoping this will be fix that i will still get my service because im not happy right now its not easy to get available appointment here. Problem solved, they just called me after i posted my review. Anyway, i will come back next week.."

"Me and the girls had a spa day and we throughly enjoyed ourselves. The atmosphere was welcoming and very relaxed. Unique was professional and knowledgeable about the services offered. She was patient and attentive to all my skin care needs. The reflexology foot massage was relaxing and the rep who performed the service focused on stress points that was me causing pain to provide relief. I will definitely return."

"Yesterday I went to Utopia and was immediately greeted with a warm smile from the front desk agent Wendy!! She was so helpful in explaining things to me. I got a Groupon for a 30 min reflexology, something I’ve never had before …. It was amazing to say the least. The ambiance was incredible, the rooms were clean, and the reflexologist was so attentive and knew exactly what she was doing. I even dozed off for a bit!!! The whole staff made sure to greet me and were all very lovely women!!! 10/10 recommend and I will be coming back! Thanks ladies!!"
