"I had a deep tissue massage with Thera on 1213/23. Giving 2 stars because she did an amazing job on my massage. However, I was overcharged. When I checked out the young lady asked me if I wanted to leave a tip, I stated no because I sent it directly to her through her cash app. She told me my total was $75, however charged me $90. She said she was emailing me a receipt which she did not do and now I’m wondering if she didn’t do it because she knew she added an additional $15 tip! I called this morning and it was refunded but I remember her voice so I know that’s who I spoke to the day of massage. hate to think bad things about folks but I truly wonder how many other people this has been done to. Thank goodness I keep up with what I spend on a daily. Needless to say I won’t be returning."

"I would absolutely suggest NOT signing up. They cancel on us time and time again. Customer service is horrible. No resolution to any customer concerns. I can go on and on but I’ll stop here. I would suggest anybody else, just not this place!"
"DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP. I signed up 9 years ago, moved, utilized it at another location. Asked for multiple freezes while pregnant ALWAYS had issues. Our location went out of business while I had 8 massages left to be utilized (at $70 each). I asked for my money back, they declined. I asked to cancel my membership in July. They sent me paperwork. I mailed it back. They "never received it." Instead of calling me to ask about it, a 9 year customer who is already out hundreds of dollars, they CONTINUE TO CHARGE ME FOR 5 MONTHS. When I noticed the charge it was November. I called and they insisted I never sent it and refused to refund the additional $350 they charged me after my cancellation request. THEN she tells me she'll process it effective immediately and sends zero documentation. These people are criminals. Save yourself from these thieves and support local spas/massage therapists."
"This is my second visit to this location and by far the better visit. The first one wasn't very good and didn't touch everything I requested. This massage was 5 stars. I had an appt with Rebecca "Becca" and she really hit all the spots I asked for. Very thorough and a firm massage just like I requested. She didn't miss a beat. I will return. But only to see Becca. Good job×× See you next month"
