"The GYM is great, the people are nice and friendly. The biggest problem is trying to cancel your gym membership for any reason. They don't except if you walk in or call. You have to email. The emails they ignore, at least in my experience. If you want a nice gym, this one is ok. If you want a temporary gym, or maybe not sure about any long term commitment, don't go here."

"I had issues but Luke (General Manager) addressed each one with great transparency. Good job Luke and appreciate you. This has been my gym for years. Just wish OneLife had better prices for family rates and updated the machines to avoid consistent breakdowns."

"I had completely lost my keys after working out on the stair master and thought I was losing my mind. Malia and Orlando went above and beyond to help. Orlando had a keen eye and actually spotted them inside the machine. Somehow they had managed to wedge inside the stairs. What a hassle that would've been. I am thankful for their wonderful help and getting me home! Also this gym has great music when I forget my headphones."

"If you want specific equipment this gym has it all. This is one of the largest gyms I have worked out in and is by far the best gym in Chesapeake! Have not tried the classes, but they offer a wide variety of classes as well. Some of the equipment is slightly older but not falling apart. Even has an outdoor area. Also tons of cardio equipment. Gym has lots of sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer stations and seems clean. Locker rooms look brand new and seem very clean. I highly recommend this gym. Check out the pictures!"
