"I have been coming to this place for a couple of years now with no issues, but the other day I was sold a faulty vape and they did not allow me to replace it after purchasing. Very unfortunate since it’s close to my house but I will not be able to come again if they are selling faulty vapes with no way to replace it. I love the owner but I’m so disappointed!"

"Went to purchase cigars and the cashier tried overcharging the purchase. The cigar was listed at $13.99 each and he tried to charge $19.99 each. We comfronted and he kept denying he did anything wrong. Then he started the transaction over and was rude about the situation. Terrible customer service. If purchasing please be careful of the price. The cashier can input his own price."
