"If you're mainly interested in traditional spirits i.e. rum, rye, bourbon, whiskey, vodka, etc. this place has most of those but that's not its specialty. Here their specialty are really the infused spirits. Photographer I counted eight choices in their menu and my personal favorites for the salsa and cocoa infused spirits. They also have orange, cinnamon, lemon, coffee, banana, and 3 tea, infusions so if you're in the area you definitely want to stop by. They have other infusions inside they use for mixed drinks that I would never have expected....such as horseradish."

"Had a really great time here. Went in for a tasting not realizing they have a full bar. Your tasting can be small samples, mini-cocktails, full-size cocktails, or some combination of the above. Very surprised by how much I enjoyed some of the more interesting flavored whiskeys. Their gin is top notch. Exceptionally nice people. Matt was our server for the tasting and subsequent cocktails. Great guy and very knowledgeable. Kevin, the distiller, took the time to talk to us and answer our questions. Truly enjoyed talking to both of them and learning more about their passion. I will be back."
