"I seem to have had really bad luck with 7/11 gas stations in the past, so honestly my experience with this one earlier today (3/17/23) marks my very last one. For food? Sure. Never again for gas. But I think the owners should at least be made aware of a possible malfunction in pump 9: I pull up and immediately the card reader at the pump is not working. I’m unable to slide my chip all the way through. Seems like it’s possibly been closed down? Anyway, not a problem the screen says I can begin pumping and pay inside. That doesn’t really work either. So I went inside and told the cashier I’d like to put down $30 on pump number 9. I suppose due to some language differences she got confused and only charged me $3. When I told her about it, she seemed insistent that I meant $3 to start with. I sympathize since English did not seem like her native language, but it should really raise a question that someone is only spending $3 dollars on gas when gas is $3.29 per gallon. In the end I took that to be my blessing anyway, because she said she was unable to add more money to the pump unless I pumped those $3. So I planned to do just that, then go back inside to add another $27. What do you know, I go out to pump 9, try to pump gas, and nothing comes out at all. I considered going back inside and letting her know but honestly, I had to be home soon and I had a feeling she was just going to make it difficult for me given how she insisted that I actually meant to put $3 for gas before. So at least I only left with $3 gone and not an additional $27. My advice to anyone in this area is to just save the money and trouble and go to the Sheetz that’s nearby, gas is generally $.10 cheaper there and there’s more staff on hand so if you have any problems you’ll get more help."

"Close to my house I can get my receipts at the pump. Yeah!!! My second favorite gas station near my house it has everything I need at the last minute. Fast and easy cold drinks or coffee and don't forget a snack."

"Second time when cheese and chili dispenser never full. Ketchup empty. Mustard empty. Should be an every morning or nightly procedure to restock and get ready for the day. Also saw an off brand ketchup being used to restock their Heinz labeled product. Very deceiving."
