"So you think when you purchase a piece of jewelry from THEE Tiffany&Co. you're getting quality pieces. NOPE!!! The necklace I purchased is not an everyday necklace, so I’ve only worn it a few times. Mostly on occasions. I notice the clasp is loose, so I take it into the store. I have to pay $75 to get it fixed when I feel it shouldn’t have broken. I’ve purchased pieces from other high end companies and everyone else stands behind their products. Especially if they’re overpriced!! I won’t purchase anything else from here!!"

"My husband bought me a bracelet for Christmas. It broke one month later. When I took it in I was SHOCKED by the rudeness of the employees, no one validated that this was frustrating or that they would fix the issue. I would have to pay to fix it and they would not refund it. This is CRAZY customer service. To pay $2k for a bracelet that lasted one month and that they don’t stand by what they sell. Costco sells great diamond jewelry and is a fourth if the cost of Tiffany’s, has amazing return policies and stands by their products. Don’t shop at Tiffany’s."

"My husband purchased a necklace for me at this location on February 15, 2018. Exactly 20 days later I am standing in front of my students when my necklace falls to the floor. The next day I call Tiffany's and I was told by an employee that once I walk out of the store NOTHING could be done about it breaking. Management finally comes to the phone and stated that they would send a return envelope to me for it to be sent back to their store. Management then stated that once they received it, they would send a replacement. I have not seen anything from them, nor have I received a phone call or anything! I will never return to any Tiffany's because of this experience. I have many Tiffany pieces that were given to me from family- I will make sure that they also know not to purchase from them either. Also, my students have asked me if Tiffany's ever made good on their promise, nope, they haven't! Now I understand why many companies are going out of business. They were very friendly when we were in the store with money to spend, but not helpful at all when a problem arises! We drove nearly 4 hours to the store to purchase this Valentine's gift and almost ANOTHER 4 hours back home. It is entirely to far to drive to speak with someone in person when a phone call should suffice. Horrible , horrible customer service!!!"
