7-Eleven 2605 Kecoughtan Road, Hampton, VA 23661

"Went to 7-11 this morning at 2605 KECOUGHTAN ROAD in HAMPTON, VA for gas, and sent my daughter in to get some lottery tickets. My daughter came back out and said the lady said she couldn't pay for lottery tickets with a debit card, and not to come in the store anymore. When Toni told me what happened, I couldn't get out the car fast enough. Then here comes the clerk cross the parking lot talking bout my daughter just walked out the store and now she had to pay for the tickets with her own money. I apologized to her for my daughter walking out, but after she was told she couldn't pay for the tickets with a card, what was she supposed to do? I told her to tell my daughter not to come in the store was unacceptable, and I needed to get the corporate number to make a report. Of course one word led to another, including her telling me that I didn't have to pay for the tickets, and I told her yes I did, because although I may not have been able to pay for it all at once, there wasn't nothing in that store I couldn't pay for, and because of all the mess I had to go through behind them, THEY would be the ones that hit. There's so much more that was said by both of us as well as how I feel about it, because I have worked at 7-Eleven for years and know that to speak to customers this way is against their policy. Anyway, the lady's name is CANDACE and her customer service sucks. That is all. Thank you."
