"Been here a few times for the fried chicken. Sometimes you don't want to cook & prefer Some chicken from your local Food lion. They didn't have any. At 4pm in the afternoon... due to the cook leaving early or they shut down early. It's becoming a habit with this location & the one by the coliseum. They need to do better"

"The rudest service I have ever gotten at a Food Lion. Mrs Diggs was extremely discourteous, rude and unprofessional. Aside from my own experience her and a cashier were openly talking badly about a customer in front of myself and a whole line of people. Theres several Food Lions within a 5 minute drive of this one AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

"When an item says double the money back guarantee they're supposed to refund DOUBLE the $ so don't let up or call corporate, who got me my refund in 2-3 hours from them. I've been shopping here over a year and have never ever had a return. I had to return some defective chicken tenders and the manager WEST wouldn't honor the policy that is on the bag AND was extremely rude and nasty about it. The lady manager who gave me my refund had a smug look like they had shown me lmao but by 5pm corporate had shown THEM and I was able to return to pickup the cash but if West is going to be the store manager he needs to learn to policies CLEARLY. All over $8 West"
