"The store opened late. Tracy is rude to costumers. She threw me out because she thought I was not going to buy anything (and insured I did not because I was not able to purchase merchandise on the sidewalk)."

"Never any coffee made, no fresh food or no food For the past 6 days cash only ATM out of order. 1,000 people work across the street from this store and I have never seen anyone from the shipyard"

"I dont know what happened to this store but it is discusting! i went to go get a slurpee,no slurpee lids.was told they dont make them any more. Barely any slurpee cups. Over by soda,slurpee machines was pure filth. Even they floor over there had black mold on floor. No napkins out in open. The floor was filthy just plain gross!!"

"No management, a gift bag containing an electronic device for a toddler was left by mistake at the counter then placed behind the counter by a sales representative. Customer followed up on he next day with sales rep and manager (no response) to find that the gift bag was missing. Customer followed up each day following and on that third day following the bag going missing only the gift card was missing. Male sale rep (hat and beard) and other sales personnel all mention seeing the bag behind the counter but to this today has not been return to the customer. Informed Management out of country and there was no management present by the same male sale rep with hat and beard. Customer service poor and no management present."

"Melissa is a very nasty person. I asked her for fresh food and she was upset i told her the food on the grill was old. I told her i went to another one and it looked just like that at 7AM and come to find out it was hard as hell. I had the right to ask her for fresh food after that experience. The other cashier asked her how long she cook them for because the first time she put them in the oven it was for 10 seconds (and that was not a just. it literally was in for 10 sec) and she put them back in again. I dont like when im spending my money and you act like i have to buy anything. once she took my money i asked her for the manager name. The older lady told me this store doesn't have a manager but it has a owner. I called when i got to work to find out what time the Owner will be in she told me he wont and that he is out of town. I wish i had took a picture or the once dried out but put back on the grill breakfast bites. Will continue to call til i speak to a manager or the owner. she is bad for business with that attitude!!!"
