7-Eleven

"I don’t usually go to 7-Eleven. I think the only time one is inclined to post a review of a convenience store is when an employee is rude. I walk there few days ago, and the guy that works there is super kind and extremely helpful despite of being so busy, juggling around with multi- tasking. The store is clean, has lots of products from different vendors and were people coming and going in and out. Great work whoever is the owner."

"Bought $40 worth of food and never received it. Never trusting 7 eleven again. Called and tried to get it solved for days. Can't dispute it with the bank...driver probably left it on someone else's door and claimed it was delivered. Done with you guys, just letting others know to steer clear"

"The employee appeared to be middle eastern descent who was very rude. He talked on the phone for about 7 minutes while I am standing in from of him waiting for him to scan my items. Then once paid he threw the bag at me. Honestly, I was shocked but I recently found out the convenience store across the street is Black Owned so I’ll be taking my future business there."

"Sis needs a raise! Unfortunately she’s not wearing a name tag and I didn’t want to hold up the line (or break her flow) to get her name but she worked the night shift on Saturday 9/21 at 11:31p and she SLAYED the register...I’m sorry, correction: she slayed BOTH registers!!! Under pressure? Pressure is her middle name! Customer service didn’t break once and she even managed to catch a customer who’s card didn’t go through all the while still getting the long line down in less than 5 minutes. Oh did I mention, she also managed to fit in suggesting product deals as well??? Yeah consider letting go the person who called out on her (especially if not within good reason) and give her a promotion or at least a raise, paid vacation—SOMETHING to show your appreciation for the dedication she put in tonight. For some people a job is just a job. For her, it’s a challenge and she excelled that challenge tonight. Well done, sis. Well done."

"There should be a less then zero stars option because that is what I would rate this store. These people do not know what they are doing. I I redeemed my 7Eleven rewards for a free deli sandwhich and I asked him why I was still being charged for it. So he scanned it to take it off and I told him I did not want him to do that. So he rescanned it and it finally went through and yet he still charged me for it despite showing him a receipt saying it took it off and then he said it was because he took off the sandwich and added it back on. I tried to explain it to him and he had the nerve to tell me I am not following him, even though I showed him where it said the reward was redeemed on the receipt. Do yourselves a favor and not go here when it comes to redeeming rewards."
