"I often order using the 7NOW app. This location routinely omits hot food from my order. If I ever order pizza or wings, they will intentionally leave it off the delivery order. Probably because they're simply too lazy to prepare the items, and figure the customer can just get a refund anyway. I started using the "cancel entire order" option, and that worked...for a while. I guess the staff caught on. LOL"
