"As a former employee there. All the favorites get to do pretty much anything and there are two drama starters D and R. I addressed the situation numerous times to the manager and nothing ever got done about it. Trust me 7 11 on broad rock is no place to work or shop at. Thank God I left when I did and I have landed a much better job making twice as much as I was there to begin with. The employees wanna talk to the customers any kind of way as well as the manager. In my opinion corporate needs to be called and have that location shut down"

"There is often a long line - but I really don't have a problem with that. My problem is with the RUDE staff and manager. They act like they are doing you a huge favor just to wait on you or talk to you. Also, when the new newspapers come in, they don't remove the old ones, so be careful or you might end up with yesterday's news today. During the spring & summer, several of their slurpee machines put out liquid instead of the frozen drink that a slurpee is supposed to be. This is not a good store. Find a different one."

"I would give this place a negative star if i could. This is the worst 7-eleven there is. Corporate needs to come in for a week and investigate whats going on in there. Also needs to hire people with customer service. I have been to this 7-eleven twice and have been displeased, upset,pissed, each time. Each time i went i spent nothing less than 45 /50 min in here waiting in line. If i had my phone i would have recordet it. The 1st time they had a sign up saying it was a change of shift so i waited 50 minutes if not more with 3 people standing behind the counter and one telling another to clock out instead of handling the line when the line was wrapped around the outside. Then didnt apologize foe the inconvience or anything. Then they had no customer service. Also the lady wouldnt give me any quaters. Then next time i went i stood in line for 45 minutes with one cashier and still couldnt get what i wanted. They also had low stock on everything no 7`ll juices or anything .they also need to have another cashier up there to help. This is y Wawa is better smh. Dont go here Guys Yu will be super later to where u are going and they are not friendly. Smh"

"Staff are rude, not friendly and far from professional. Coffee isnt fresh, no timers displayed and the coffee containers are very dirty (clean around the timers and handles). I live less than a mile from this store but will drive to Laburnum Ave foe cleanliness and the customer service. At least people smile, speak and have clean coffee areas w fresh coffee. I'll start my day where I'm appreciated and my business is wanted. It will be a very long time befor I try again. I have gone 1x a mth for 3 mths and no changes noted. 7.25.17 Went in again today, 7 months since the last time. Cashier unprofessional, rude, texting while line is backed up. States, "I need to.call my friend to come help me and I hope the last customer is in.line because I have a lot of work to do. Lady on the coffee bar not friendly, doesn't speak. Not going back, its disgraceful and I couldn't pay foljs to tear down my business. Owner must not care about professionalism and customer service. Worst than ever!!!!"
