7-Eleven 12395 Gayton Road, Richmond, VA 23238

"So u had to leave a review tonight for these employees at 7-11. So I worked at a nearby nursing agency and I don't know my way around this area so I came upon this 7-11 ok.I ask the lady about the hotdogs because there not on the turners but in the warmer and she looks at me like ok I said yes I want one so I got coffee and came back to the register to dress my hotdog. She says u paying first I said yeah I'm not going to run off with ur hotdog and she said I did not say that and I told u didn't have to say Ithat was my feelings.So she snatch my stuff and said leave ur not being served here and I said y because I said how I felt so she continues to talk to the other employee in front of me I said come on lady I want to pay and leave and she says I'm not talking to u and I said but u r talking about me.So she finally lets me pay and say if I come there again I will not get served again I'm like why I thought there was freedom of speech I did not curse this employee at all I just expressed my feelings.So how would you all take is this a ra e thing because I'm a black female or what this is just very confusing to me and I will never go to this 7 -11 ever again customer service by employee Tonya sucks."

"I'm not sure what the hours are, but they are not open 24 hours. I stopped by on a Saturday at 5:10am and the store was closed and locked."

"I am 8 months pregnant and sent my fiancé to the store for a hot dog. They did not have any made, and he asked for them to make one. Whomever was working proceeded to say that they didn’t know how long it would be for it to be done as if they did not want to make it and it was an inconvenience. He waited about 15 minutes if not more for it to be done. He brought it home and it was cold and undercooked. We live 2 minutes away. The pure laziness and trying to make the customer feel wrong for ordering “hot food, that’s supposed to be already made” is not good customer service."
