If something isn't done, I will take my money elsewhere. I have been going to this 711 for 20+ years, but will drive the extra 10 min to go somewhere else and spend my $20 a day on product elsewhere."

"This store needs to shut down. When I pulled up yesterday the manager was outside completely nodded off high. I turn my stereo up hoping that she would snap out of it when I got out of the car I confronted her about it she then proceeded to cuss me out and flick me off and told me to mind my own business I will not be shopping at this 7-Eleven ever again and I will be notifying Henrico County police of this situation."

"24/7 hot fresh coffee is NOT HERE. Bought a cup of pumpkin flavored coffee..... At 8:45am.....and I take my first sip to find it is nothing but BARELY lukewarm WATER!!!! Call the store to tell them how ridiculous this is and mad I wasted $2 and their phones don't even connect...... Sad that you advertise coffee available ALL THE TIME and it cannot even be made correctly. OR SERVED HOT. REALLY??????"

"Since when are 7-11’s not 24 hours? This one along with others are advised as open 24 hours. I’ve driven to 3 different 7-11’s and all including this one were closed. It’s 1:30am on a Saturday/Sunday morning. I’m so heated right now. It’s not right to advertise open 24 hours 7 days a week and be closed at 1:30 am."
