"Closed after 12 when they claim 24 hours. Horrible how they have the open sign just to lie and have the doors locked."

"Went in one day and the man behind the counter accidentally gave me an order of beef patties on top of what i go in for every day. Didnt notice until I got home. The next day he added them to my order and angrily let me know that he saw me "steal" them on the cameras, despite the fact that he had handed them to me already bagged with the other things I'd ordered. Very unproffesional, very rude. Ive never felt so insulted just trying to grab some food after work. I wont be back. Pick a different 7/11 if you want decent service. Ive seen him arguing with people multiple mornings ive gone in. Awful environment."

"Google (business verified as of 1 week ago) says that this 7/11 is open 24 hours, but if you go there past 11 PM it’s always closed. Very disappointed. If this 7/11 is not open 24 hours it should say so on Google. Also the cashier always has their kid there which would be fine but she spends 10 minutes tending to her kid instead of helping customers. Very unprofessional."

"Absolutely ignorant man working the counter has the nerve to threaten to withhold my Merchandise if I don't smile, it's "his job to make me smile" could you be more naive to sexism. You're job is as cashier, is to sell me the lighter and check my i.d. and make sure the money is right. And then he has the nerve to say "some people" to the folks in line behind me, before Im even out of the store. Are you seriously serious. Are you completely tone deaf, or just ignorant! This is the closest convenient store to my home, and I'll be sure to drive a little further."
