7-Eleven

"By far, the worst 7-11 I've ever been to, and that is saying a lot. They have some very nice employees, but their night shift employee cancels that out, as well as the manager that allows this guy to stay employed there. This individual is rude, arrogant, and incredibly unprofessional. I hate to sound like a 'karen', but some things you just can't let slide. Anyone who has been to this store late night knows exactly who I am talking about, and why I would make such accusations. I'm not sure who is worse, this particular employee, or his friends that he has hanging out in the store. I hope they are able to find new night shift employees, but until then I will continue to go out of my way to go to the 7-11 farther away. Or maybe I'll just switch to sheetz. If the owner actually bothers to read these, I'd be happy to share some video of this individual harassing me...."

"This place is hot garbage, literally. As soon as you walked in there, the smell hits you right in the face. The cashiers are rude, always holding conversations on their phone, barely noticing that you're there. Won't be coming back."

"Fowl, I used to go here all the time but today was my last day. I picked up milk that printed expires APR/11/23 today is the APR/6th so I should be fine. Wrong it was sour to the extreme, chunks in it and when I poured it out it left a film in my sink. 7-11 I’ve been coming to this location for 6 years now twice or more a week. Over the past bit it was rocketed downhill and is terrible now. Do yourself a favor and travel down the road a mile either way Sheets is one way and a better 7-11 is the other way."

"The 7-Eleven has went downhill since it is no longer a franchise. The employees behind the counter generally are rude and more aware of their phones or conversing with others. Today 12-13-22 @ 1:40pm rather rude and obnoxious girl behind the counter wanted to mock something she thought I said. Knowing well I did not say what she thought. My money works better at other businesses. Update 1/7/22 Have not returned to this location since this incident."

"To the ones writing the night shift guy, i go in there almost every day, not so often now working from home. But i can say you exactly right. He use to be always nice, then suddenly about 4 months ago I had a rude encounter with him. did not go back for over a month and then it was in the afternoon. The manager was there and i finally discussed the issue with him. Told him the time and the date. He said he was going to look at the video, because i told him i left my stuff on the counter and walked out. A few days later went back in the afternoon and was informed of him being terminated, because the manager had several complaints on him. Guessing too, he saw these reviews. The manager has now left as of last Monday, he is over retail and not having stock for his customers, so sadly as of yesterday it was still closed and windows all have paper over them. Since this one has not been remodeled they could be doing that. Not sure if they are open today or closing that location since it has been robbed twice I believe this year, and amazingly enough it was that rude night shift guy that was there both times. Hate seeing anyone terminated during these times, but customer service is always important and especially now more than ever. I wish the crew that was there good luck. One of them is training to be a truck driver and was moving on too. As far as there service dog issue, if you did not have proper harness or id for the k9 then no they wont let you in, no one has to if you appear to not be legal. I have seen them let legit service dogs in."
