7-Eleven

"Just moved to the area and decided to try the local sevieeee.. Walked in and greeted with a nice hello how are you! It was nice and shocking as you don’t see that much now a days in convenient stores unless it’s a small local place. Got a case of water- they only had 7/11 brand but whatever- got home half was empty probably from just being the last few from the bottom of the car getting thrown around . Went back the next day without the receipt (didn’t think I needed so I told clerk to throw away day prior ) asked a middle aged Caucasian man working in the morning and didn’t think twice about writing off a case and giving it to me to replace ! Between that and the hello-how are you?! from the woman clerk the night before Has me believing that there are some people who actually know what good customer service means and feel happy doing it"

"The woman who works the morning shift is always polite and courteous to any and all of her customers. She deserves a raise because some of the customers are not nice to her."

"I use to like this store but 1 bad apple cam spoil the bunch. I did notice the cashier attitude on other occasions but everyone has an off day. I want to be clear it is the heavy white man wjo works weekday evenings after 5. I use to go to this store everyday then was refused service last week. . I made my purchase. Went to To check my lottery tickets and the lottery machine said to see the clerk. I looked at the clerk and asked would you be able to check my lottery tickets? He replied to do it through the machine I explained to him what the machine said to check with clerk. He asked me to wait so I stood there as he rung up 5 customers. Including a man who wasnt in line prior to. I said excuse me can you check my tickets you said you would check them. Then he says you need to get back in line and I said for what I've been standing here and I've already made my purchase why do I need to get back in line now and you told me to wait. . I said fine you will check these tickets you sjould said get bavk in line why ask me to wait. Then he said you might as well not wait I am not serving you. . I want to cuss him out why bother. I filed a complaint with customer service 1 800 number at 711 for 3 days didn't respond. Closed the tickey refusing to check wss noted in the case. I will spend my money with wawa or famart at least they care about there customers."

"The service in this store is absolutely the worst in this area. Im a mystery shopper so I go into several different locations in the area to rate these stores unannounced to the employees. At this 7/Eleven what I notice is that the cashier's on the day shift is usually doing their own thing and it seems to have gotten worse since the store has added slot machines in their. Then to top it off you have a young lady there who every time you ask her to put in a easy pick for the lottery her excuse is she doesn't know how because she's New. Now being new has its advantages true but you can't use that excuse when you are going on your second month. Then to top it off the senior cashier who also was their but supposedly on her break steps into the conversation not to help her but to remind me that she's new. Once again unannounced to the both of them that there store is one on my stores on my regular to check list.I would have expected better service then constantly getting the same excuse over and over cause believe it or not this wasn't the 1st time but more like the third time....My suggestion to the management team or training staff is DO BETTER!!!"

"Best staff around. Always polite and courteous. Makes me smile every time I come in. I appreciate them. I come here for the Gatorade deal but I stay for the customer service. They are on point. Thanks guys."
