"We've been coming here since 2019, we have multiple cats, 2 of which have long-term health problems but no matter who we bring in they remember all of their names and their individual quirks. Their staff is some of the friendliest I've interacted with anywhere. I can't say enough about Drs Anderson and VanHoose. We recently received some potentially devastating news for one of our fur babies after some extra testing at UTenn Vet hospital for a mystery illness, Dr VanHoose took the time on a day she was off to call me and talk though all the questions I had about even when I asked how we can give him the best chance to make it through chemo and I can't thank her enough for that. It's gonna be a long road and even though we won't be able to do treatments here, I feel fully supported for whatever may pop up in between and know they truly care about all of them."

"They made time for me and my cat when no other vet would. It was time to say goodbye to him as he was very sick and unfortunately my regular vet is on vacation. All the other area vets were too busy for us in this crucial time. The staff was very sweet and the doctor was wonderful and compassionate. The facility was very clean and quiet. "The staff here is wonderful! They schedule everything for you, explain everything they are doing and plan to do and why. I was told what everything would cost on every visit before any procedures were performed. My puppy loves the staff and her vet. Wouldn’t go elsewhere! I originally came here because they accept Care Credit. I stay because of the excellent care. Thank you all so much!
