"A store that doesn't like it's customers!! We walked in to check out their clearance sale today... I asked if I could have a key to the locked restroom and was told, "you're not allowed to use the bathroom it's not public!" With that we walked right back out of the store! I gotta say that was a first for me. My husband and I travel extensively and I've never been in a Family Dollar that didn't allow its customers to use the restrooms! I should have gotten the cashier's name but I was so shocked I just left! She was young though...and rude! Won't go back there again. We're in town for quite a while on business.... I'll go to the new Dollar General store down the road instead! My very first interaction in Pikeville...yikes! I hope this town is nothing like it's Family Dollar!"
