"So I been a customer for 2 years and been really liking the Seche products but this is the 2nd time I get a whole bud worth or stems in my bag. These logs were still attached to the flower. This product is only good 70%of the time. Also you can’t open your stuff there to make sure you’re not getting firewood."

"The people who work at Rise are always nice and helpful. I would rate this dispensary as a 3 for that. I do appreciate good customer service. However, they do have some issues that are often overlooked but are not fair to the customers. Their social media presence is limited. The only way to know about their promotion is when you come into the store. The only way to see “sales” are when you log into the website, and the “sales” are usually merchandise that is about to expire. They have minimal variety and low/inconsistent quality products. That are higher priced than other areas. I have often looked at Rise prices in other areas and have found them to often be more reasonable. I have spoken to the manager of the shop about this and she expressed that the website and social media was controlled by “the company” and they (the store) had no say on prices. I wish there was other dispensary options in the area. I guess this is the price of legalization. Rise, listen to your customers, you need a social media presence, consistent variety, and quality merchandise. Not to mention the prices. Your going to keep getting customers because your the only legal dispensary in the area BUT, you can overall do better by your customers. Smiles are nice, thanks for that!"
