CVS Pharmacy

"Very rude and unprofessional pharmacy staff. I made a flu vaccination appointment in person and was never sent a confirmation email or text so I called the store a few days later to find out what time my appointment was, and I was told that this is my responsibility to know and not theirs, that they could not see that information. They could only see day of appointments. The problem is when the appointment was made in person. I did not have my phone on me to write down the time but I was told I would be sent a confirmation with time and that never happened. So when I called to ask about this, the person who answered the phone was very rude. Her name was Kim, I told Kim that I potentially had a schedule conflict and that's why I needed to know the time. Kim told me to just go ahead and do whatever I needed to do that day and then come in later, to which I responded to Kim that would be a walk-in appointment and I was told walk-in appointments were not accepted. If I show up after my appointment time I am worried I will not be seen. Kim then told me again to just show up anytime that day and that I would be seen. All I did was simply repeat this fact to Kim and said I okay, so I will show up on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. and me and my husband will both be seen without having to wait, right??? To which Kim responded well, I don't suggest you come in here with that demanding attitude because you won't get anything. Excuse me! All I did was repeat back to Kim what she said to me and now somehow I have a demanding attitude. I have made it formal complaint with corporate and I suggest anybody else who has similar experiences do the same, as you can already see the poor reviews this store has. Something needs to be done!!!!"

"Pharmacy is never open by online hours. Go to get medicine and they are closed due to lack of help. They need to hire more people and maybe pay better to get someone in there. If not we are gone after many years of being loyal customers."

"This is by far the WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with! They NEVER answer the phone. They close randomly ALL the time. To make sure they were open, I had to call the main store, because pharmacy never answers the phone. Then, I wait in line for at least 20 min to get up to the window for them to tell me its not ready and I'll have to go back and wait in line again, even though prescription was sent at 9am and I was there around 4pm. I refused to go back in line. They were extremely rude. THEN come to find out, they didn't even have my medicine, it was out of stock. I would've waited in line for at least 40 min with my baby who was sick with a fever for NO REASON. So they called Kroger that's across the rd, and sent my name and medicine I needed over to them and didn't even send the INSTRUCTIONS (which they probably did on purpose). Kroger was unable to process it because they didn't even send instructions to them. And now since they don't answer the phone, Kroger is unable to get them. So I had to call the dr to get them to send it all over to Kroger because this CVS is too incompetent to do simple tasks. Needless to say, I am never going to this CVS Pharmacy again and probably never any of the other ones either."
