"I was disappointed that if you win something, even just a free ticket, they will not give you your old ticket back. I explained to the lady that gambling losses are a deduction on the taxes owed, if you win. She kindly informed me that it was her boss's policy that they keep them. I kindly said I won't be back unless I have to. The old tickets are useless once collected, other than for tax purposes if you win a large enough amount to have it reported to the IRS."
