"Gabriele helped me get my medication strait with my insurance within 5 minutes after two days of complete negligence and failure to produce any results at the CVS on West Broad street where I had been for the past three years. I merely waited ten to fifteen minutes afterwards and my medication was ready. The line was long but it didn't matter because it moved quickly. Isaac immediately assisted me and got the medication followed up with a face to face communication with the actual pharmacist himself who then filled another prescription within the following five minutes. I wish I had gotten the pharmacist name and next time I will do that so I can update my review. I am so pleasantly surprised with the service, kindness, and genuine understanding of the associates at this WalMart pharmacy on Lucy Lane!"

"Unbelievable! Dr. Faxed a prescription to this pharmacy. Pharmacy did not have medications to fill entire Rx. DID NOT call Dr. back with this information. Prescription was marked critical and yet they failed to inform Dr. ALSO...the woman behind the counter, who information me she had been there 30 years, seemed not to be able to read or understand the fax sent by the Doctor. She had me re-write my name on a piece of paper....what?? She may not have been able to read??This medication was faxed in by a Veterinarian so I guess they don't hold veterinarians in high regard and don't think those RX are important. The actual pharmacist said they are to busy to bother calling the Doctors about such things as medications being out of stock. I say FIRE this bunch and hire people that act want to do the job!"
